Virginia Tech	Beltway Supply, Inc. in partnership with Avalon Caterers International has been awarded a contract to provide catering services to Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) under contract #UCP-TS-030-09, effective through: 1/31/2011. Avalon Caterers International is an award-winning caterer that provides catering and event planning. They can provide catered meals for groups of 10 to 70,000 guests or more. Avalon Caterers International offers menus for all occasions. Their professional wait staff, customized serving and dining equipment, beverage service, floral arrangements and decorations guarantee a distinctive experience for every event. Avalon Caterers International will provide all the catering services for Virginia Tech. Beltway Supply, Inc. will coordinate all the ordering and billing for each event.
Prince William County	Beltway Supply has been awarded a contract with Prince William County, Virginia, to provide assessment of language proficiency and bilingual skills for County employees. Testing services consists of speaking, listening, reading and writing competency. For a speaking and listening assessment, an oral proficiency interview may be administered either in person or live by telephone.
