Beltway Supply CEO Completes SWaM Mentoring Program

Beltway Supply is pleased to announce that its CEO and President, Christine Heiby, completed the SWaM Mentoring Program sponsored by the Business Opportunity Center, a department of the Workforce Development and Continuing Education Program at Northern Virginia Community College. This program assists small, woman and minority owned businesses at increasing their revenue by obtaining state and local government contracts. During her remarks at the graduation event, Ms. Heiby stated that during the first six months of 2009, Beltway Supply, Inc. generated over $35,000 in revenue with state and local government agencies compared to only $600 during the same timeframe in 2008.
